Genesis 6:12 God saw how corrupt the Earth had become, for all the people on earth had corrupted their ways.
In Noah's time, humanity had descended into widespread corruption.
Violence, greed, and moral decay defined society, turning people away from God's righteous path.
Yet God's omniscient gaze discerned every thought and action, reminding us that nothing escapes his awareness.
God was aware of all the evil acts committed by his creature and observed in displeasure during the days of Noah.
He was not pleased seeing the beautiful world he created being covered by the darkness of evil.
However, amid such darkness, Noah stood as a Beacon of faith and obedience, showing that one righteous life can resist the tide of immorality and reflect God's standard.
God was so displeased that he brought judgment upon the whole world but save Noah and his family.
Our contemporary world is strikingly similar to Noah's days.
Dishonesty, injustice, and pervasive immorality challenge our commitment to righteousness.
We need to note that God is watching every act of men whether good or evil.
God's patience in bringing instant judgment upon the evil acts of men is not an indication of unawareness.
We should not misunderstand God's patience.
Rather, let us know that God is keenly observing all our acts and will definitely bring them into judgment.
Therefore, we are called to live distinctly righteous in the world full corruption.
Each choice we make reflects our faith and can shine as a light in a world desperate for guidance.
However, our faithful living can inspire change, demonstrating that God's grace flows through even a single committed person.
Heavenly father, grant me strength to stand firm in your ways amidst the corrupt world.
Your faith can illuminate the world amidst rampant corruption
